Tasting from 21.02.2019

Josef-Marie Chanton personally saved the Himbertscha grape from extinction, it was developed in Valais, and is grown only by him. On the nose lots of fruit, with red currant, strawberry and raspberry, plus apricot and white flowers. Tight, straightforward and balanced on the palate, with a beautiful creaminess.
