Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Deep ruby-garnet, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Fragrantly refined notions of wood, a hint of bourbon vanilla, blackberry notes, and liquorice, superseded by background notes of cedar wood. Juicy, fine expression of fruit, elegant texture, lovely freshness, ripe, round tannins, chocolatey touch on the finish followed by savoury reverberations. Excellent potential for further development.

Dark ruby, purple reflections, broad bright rim. Dark berry fruit layer under fine noble wood savouriness, a hint of liquorice, mineral touch, inviting bouquet. Juicy, powerful, sweet blackberries and plums, some nougat, fine, round tannins, a sturdy, somewhat flinty food wine.
