Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening at the rim. Delicate balsamic notes, black forest berry, ripe blackberry, a hint of liquorice and candied orange zest, notes of spices, dark nougat and vanilla in the background. Juicy, fine red berry nuances, cherry, vivid, still somewhat-demanding tannins, pleasant fresh acidity, sweet cherry, mineral note, some leather on the finish, will benefit from further bottle ageing. (2025-2050).

Light yellow-green, silver tints. Very restrained, fresh meadow herbs, delicate white tropical fruit. On the palate grassy, rustic, sweet and short, little animation.
