Tasting from 18.03.2022: Peter Moser

Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate herbal savouriness, some vanilla, fine yellow tropical fruit, delicate honeydew melon, a hint of caramel, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, fine white stone fruit nuances, delicate fruit sweetness, finesse-rich structure, mineral-salty finish, lingers, a harmonious food companion with certain ageing potential.
