Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow, silver glints. Delicate smoky-savoury reductive nuances of flint and walnut, underlaid with peppers, fresh gooseberries. Complex, elegant, yellow tropical fruit, pleasant savoury herbal tones, mineral and persistent, with a grapefruit finish. Good ageing potential.
