Tasting from 19.02.2021: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

Fruity aromas with preserved sour cherry, Rumtopf and dried plum, hints of orange zest and cola nut. Soft, polished and elegant on the palate, slightly noticeable tannins, beautiful ripe dark berries and a touch of cinnamon on the long finish.
