Tasting from 01.01.2022: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle watery rim. Nuances of oak, dark forest fruit, a hint of cassis and liquorice, fine tobacco nuances, spices, orange zest, still a little reserved. Complex, cherries, well-integrated tannins, mineral and lasting, elegant style with a fine fruity finish, salty on the aftertaste, delicate liquorice in the finish, immensely harmonious, absolute ageing potential, however, patience is required. Leave to mature.

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Black cherry fruit layer with a touch of sweet spices, a hint of cinnamon and cloves, fine cocoa touch underneath. Complex, juicy, elegant, pleasant fruit extract, ripe, silky tannins, dark fruit on the finish, fine minerality, long, great freshness, already shows a great balance, a touch of liquorice aftertaste, sure potential for many years.
