The bouquet is unusually accessible and full of sweet blackberryish fruit, fine wood savouriness of cedar, nougat, fine peppery spice, a hint of honey, very animating fragrance. Rich and very attractive, sumptuous fruit, round tannins, long-lasting, comparatively accessible, compared to the otherwise monolithic wines. It develops into an incredibly complex charmer in the glass, is clearly in a real high phase with great drinking animation; there is still a lot of ageing potential in this wine. (100 PP).
