Vivid dark ruby, opaque core, fading to purple at the rim. Ripe blackberries, fresh plums, a hint of black cherries, subtle hints of vanilla and precious wood; inviting bouquet. Medium-bodied, elegant dark berry fruit, notes of black tea, fresh acidity, with a fine leafy note from Petit Verdot on the mineral-salty finish. Still a little closed at this early stage.
