Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter

A not too bright salmon pink colour. Apple and rosehip, grape sugar, liquorice and damp stone. Smooth to viscous attack, sophisticated acidity, lovely sweet palate fruit, a very delicate layer of mealy phenolics gives the wine structure, the finish is aromatic and round with very good length.
