Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, dark ruby. Fine nose of ripe wild berries, blackberries, a hint of pepper spice and leather, not too much, just a pinch, then rich berry fruit again. Opens up powerfully on the palate, radiant fruit with a sweet core, subtle wood, dense and compact, long finish.
