Tasting from 21.11.2019: Othmar Kierm, Simon Staffler

Clear, intense ruby. Very lush and inviting nose, of ripe plums, blackberries, in the background leather and hazelnut. Highly approachable primary palate of vivid, dark fruit, but the drying tannin is a touch overpowering at present. Needs time to evolve and age gently to be fully ready.
