Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkard

Brilliant golden yellow. Multi-layered fragrance of yellow apple, Williams pear flanked by subtle toasted aromas and brioche. Grippy, juicy pull on the palate, taut and full-bodied, mineral. Retains tension on the long finish with a nutty aftertaste. Ideal food wine.
