Tasting from 08.08.2021: Gabriel Stone

Lovely peachy fruit lifts out of the glass, accompanied by a touch of nougat. The attractive white stone fruit is kept in shape by a refreshing line of acidity, with a nutty, toasty character coming through at the end of a long, complex finish. There's some development in evidence here in the way these characters have knitted together so harmoniously, but the wine retains a youthful energy.
