Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Still closed on the nose, slightly floral and with a hint of yellow fruit (vineyard peach). With time in the glass it develops mineral-peppery aromas. Broad and supple on the palate, almost viscous, with unobtrusive acidity and some mineral extract. Texture and body dominate the palate, but without it becoming clumsy.
