Tasting from 29.11.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, faint ochre brightening on the rim. Ripe plums, blackberries, subtle hints of eucalyptus, candied orange zest. Complex, juicy, ripe fruit, silky, round tannins, mineral notes, subtle sweetness on the finish, a full-bodied, elegant food wine with a fine saline finish, has reached an initial maturity for enjoyment, further ageing potential guaranteed.
