Falstaff

Deep ruby with purple reflections and delicate rim brightening. Floral touch in the background, red forest berry fruit, some candied orange zest and ripe plum. Juicy with good complexity, dark minerality, delicate blackberry on the finish, taut on the finish, fresh structure on the back palate, sticks very well, a fine food companion.
