Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate notes of dried herbs, a touch of lemon lemon balm, hay, rosemary, ripe yellow tropical fruit nuances, damp stones, marzipan, very complex bouquet. Juicy, savoury, velvety texture, integrated fruit sweetness, deliacte arc of acidity, salty touch on the finish, honey blossom and ripe pineapple on the finish, a fine citrus touch and ripe taste, very good length, has certain ageing potential, still needs its time.
