Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Ripe gooseberry nuances underpinned by DELICATE oak savouriness, a hint of hazelnut flour, DELICATE honey blossom, candied grapefruit zest, mineral flint touch. Substantial, highly elegant texture with a touch of extracted sweetness, immensely precise and radiant, fine white apple fruit at the core, mineral-salty, harmonious and LONG LASTING, juicy, animating LIME touch in the finish, already very seductive.
