Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Rich yellow with green reflections. Intense bouquet with lots of yellow-fleshed fruit, ripe Mirabelle plum, some pineapple and dried mango. Fruity attack, luscious texture, tamed by a juicy acidity that lingers into the long finish.
