Tasting from 01.01.2017: Martin Kilchmann

Light amber. Intense bouquet, multi-faceted, orange peel, tangerine, saffron, sage, mocha, dried apricot. On the palate, enveloping, with a prominent sweetness, but also a vivid acidity, balanced, with savoury aromatics (ginger, coriander), also mushrooms, and a long finish. Still has ageing potential.
