Tasting Notes
Stewed cranberry and leather, a faint hint of juniper and menthol on top. The palate is dense with dry tannins, still very young, the acidity begins subtly and then slowly increases, slightly mineral-tinged, a wine made for maturing in the bottle that should be given a few more years in the cellar.
