Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Apple and leather, chalky tones, very direct in the mouth, medium weight, ripe acidity, discreet minerality, moderately concentrated which contributes positively to the elegance of the wine, juicy and supple, a grippy finish with fine phenolics, almost like a little Meursault.
