Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Roasted hazelnut, floral chalky and chalky notes on the nose. In the mouth the wine is focused; a lively acidity runs straight as an arrow through the complex structure, a layer of viscosity is restrained by texture and nerve and the wine seems incredibly young, compact, exciting and grippy.
