Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Slightly reductive aromas, but opens into powerful cherry fruit and citrus lime notes. A juicy acidity and a taut tannin structure dominates this youthful wine. Compact, with high intensity on the mid palate, with defined lime and mineral texture. A exciting wine, undoubtedly one of the best for its quality level.
