Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Wild cherry and elderberry on the nose with nuances of blackberry, cinnamon, cedar and liquorice. A creamy palate with ample fine-grained, but also slightly stemmy tannins. Plump and rounded on the mid palate with ripe acidity, well balanced with a juicy finish. Still closed, will benefit from some further ageing.
