Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Savoury aromas of undergrowth, tar, ripe yellow stone fruit, citrus, some caramel and smoky hints. A compact palate with fine ripe acidity, citrus notes with concentrated white peach, tonic water and honey. A balanced, complex wine with a salty mineral texture and a long finish.
