Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. A complex nose of fresh yellow tropical fruit with candied lime zest, a hint of mango and blossom honey, delicate biscuity notes, slightly smoky, mineral nuances and a hint of citrus. Complex, tightly-meshed, juicy apple fruit on the palate with subtle pineapple, fine acidity and a salty touch on the finish. It has good length, honeydew melon notes on the back palate with good ageing potential.
