Tasting from 08.08.2021: Anne Krebiehl MW

Crushed blackberry and fine leather characterise the nose, accompanied by hints of rose, tar and pleasant smoke. The palate then shifts to brigher fruit, to fully ripe cherry, but clings to that lovely, mellow yet fresh smokiness. Graphite and tar always hover in the background, lending resonance and dimension.
