Tasting from 27.05.2022: Dominik Vombach & Benjamin Herzog

Intense bouquet with fresh aromas of wild berries and notes of cherry and plum. Hints of cinnamon, white chocolate and raw cocoa as well as smoky, savoury nuances. Elegant on the palate, with lovely fresh acidity and aromas of sour cherry, redcurrant and plum. Christmas spices, fine tannins, long finish. Solid and oak-driven.
