Tasting Notes
A hint of dried Maraschino cherry and plum skin plays on the subtle nose. The palate tastes as translucent as it looks and comes with an arch-Italian notion of tart, almost bitter cherry and cherry pip that is most alluring and takes the flavours well beyond fruit. The body is subtle, tannins are hinted at and the finish has a lasting hint of bitter almond. Lovely.
