Bright greenish yellow with silver reflections. On the nose there's a fine herbal savouriness, some cookie notes, white peach and a hint of pistachios. Grapefruit and caramel also lurk in the background - a very multi-faceted bouquet. The palate is juicy and elegant, with a subtle fruit sweetness and well-judged acid balance with mineral and lemony accents. It feels light-footed but sticks well, with certain ageing potential. A versatile food companion.
