Very long spicy and tactile-mineral aftertaste. Needs a few years of ageing, and then a first class gastronomic pairing (e.g. lobster).

Fine nuances of vanilla and nougat caramel, ripe yellow peach, apricot and honeydew melon underlay, but also floral notes, multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, very powerful, pronounced fruit, silky texture, underlaid with ripe tropical fruit, very precise and tight-knit, fine acidity structure, mineral touch, delicately nutty on the finish. Great length, secure development potential.
