Tasting from 31.08.2017: Peter Moser

Medium greenish yellow, silver glints. Delicate savoury, herbal notes undertone white stone fruit, lush lime zest, and a touch of melon. An attractive and delicate floral bouquet. Good complexity, yellow apple notes, elegance, tightly woven, multifaceted acidity marked by dark minerality on the finish, and a saline aftertaste. A lengthy persistence with good ageing potential.
