Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

On the nose, notes of dried plum and cassis followed by blackberry jam and hints of grapefruit. On the palate ripe, with fine tannin which is rather grippy and hints of dark berry fruit, orange zest. Medium long finish.
