Tasting from 27.11.2015

Deep dark ruby-garnet, an opaque core with purple reflections, and a watery edge. Ripe plums, blackberries and cassis are underlaid with pleasant herbal and woody notes. Complex on the palate, with black forest berry jam and sweet cordial-like fruit backed by firm, well-integrated tannins. An elegant texture lingers well. Certain further ageing potential.
