Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Dark colour with a complex aroma. On the palate fruit bread, bitter chocolate, and blueberry. Creamy palate, round and plump, fine-grained but not tensionless tannins, yet for all its roundness and underlying creaminess also juicy and fruit-driven, very well integrated alcohol, chalky minerality, complex, long-reverberating fruity finish. A wine with a high fun factor.
