Tasting from 04.10.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Balsamic and fresh, with citrus and yellow plum. On the palate a lot of drive and texture, backed by a vital acidity. Well balanced with not too much (but still a little) sweetness and good length makes for a full and homogeneous example of Lagen level quality.
