Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

On the nose dried plum, sour cherry and cassis with additional hints of liquorice and coconut. On the palate a fresh impression, equipped with ripe acidity and fine tannins followed by hints of dark forest berries and sour cherry with a dash of vanilla and caramel in the long finish.
