Tasting Notes
Mineral savouriness, crushed rock and dried lemon peel on the nose. Well balanced on the palate, linear and ripe but good supporting acidity. There is a hint of phenolics but not too much, plenty of juiciness and measured alcohol with a mineral tinge. Supple and rounded finish.
More about the tasting »Falstaff Weinguide Deutschland 2020«A Bacchanalian ruby colour. Yellow fruit on the nose, white peach, a touch of nutmeg and wax. Very ripe fruit, rich in phenolics, some mineral notes, quite seamlessly woven acidity, white pepper. On the palate it is soft and almost burgundy in style. Would pair well with turbot buerre blanc.
