Tasting from 14.07.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Pale golden yellow. A complex nose of fresh green apple, citrus fruit and a mineral smokiness, as well as berries and dried apricot. Very harmonious on the palate with notes of yellow stone fruit, superbly fine mousse, vivid, juicy acidity and captivating minerality as well as jasmine notes on the long finish. Pleasant, gluggable tartness on the finish.
