Tasting from 08.08.2021: Anne Krebiehl MW

The nose still holds a flinty touch of promising reduction. With more air, flashes of ripe Amalfi lemon peel shoot up amidst the essential coolness of the nose. There also is an ethereal, herbal lift of dried yarrow and something incredibly fresh. The palate has a backdrop of dried corn husk and a lovely sense of cornmeal and exquisite depth and texture. Very elegant and supremely fresh. AK
