Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Delicate, elegant nose with notes of fresh kiwi and lychee. Floral aspects reminiscent of a bouquet of lilies and roses. Great balance, juicy acidity and aromas of white pepper on the palate. Yellow-fleshed fruit on the long finish.
