A very pure nose displays sumptuously ripe coulis of crushed fruit of the forest. The first thing to strike on the palate is immediate concentration and freshness. This has a sinuous structure with tannins that are ripe, dense and still drying. This is evolving, so beautifully textured notions of earthiness and stone creep in alongside the juiciness. Freshness and lift define the long, drying, black-fruited finish.
