Tasting from 14.07.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Pinimenthol, tar, concentrated wild berry. On the palate it is oily, with mellow grainy tannins in a powerful quantity, buffered by suppleness and vivid acidity. The palate flows seamlessly round, finishing with a juicy dark berry flavour.
