Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red colour. On the nose initially white pepper and dried rose petal, then with some air it opens out with rich cassis, red currants and a touch of oak. The palate is linear and shows beautiful tension, with rich fruit and oak notes, it is warm-hearted, polished and balanced all the way to the finish.
