An unusually golden hue and a nose of baked apple mark this out as an unusual Sauvignon Blanc. Green tea powder was used in place of sulphur dioxide as an antioxidative and has created an unusually creamy, mellow but sprightly fresh Sauvignon Blanc. A different but rather delicious take.
