Powerful, bright ruby with a pronounced garnet rim. Very intense and inviting nose of truffle, rose and leather, then lots of plum, some liquorice. Juicy and full-bodied in the attack and on the palate, showing lots of ripe red berry fruit, robust, very well-integrated tannins, firm drive on the finish, very good drinking flow.
