Tasting from 09.10.2019: Peter Moser

Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicate mineral-tobacco tones underlay top notes of yellow apple, a hint of papaya, white nougat, slate and damp stones. The juicy, taut texture shows fine white tropical fruit and well integrated acid structure. A touch of blossom honey on the finish, this is a multi-faceted food companion.
