Tasting Notes
The nose immediately suggests the cooling depth of wet limestone, above that there are hints of dried corn husk and a trace of ripe lemon. The palate is poised and pervaded by a sense of stoniness and again a sense of cool depth, despite the evident and well-captured ripeness of the gentle, yellow stonefruit. The finish is precise and mouthwatering.
